If you are unhappy with any of our terms and/or conditions please do not use this website and contact us by phone on 01929 551393.

By using this website, you will be making a booking request only. You should receive an acknowledgement from Sage Pay of your payment details, and we will send you a confirmation of your booking by email within 48 hours. Please note your booking is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation from us. BOOKING CONDITIONS

We would like to welcome you to our relaxed, quiet family park located in the Wareham Forest, catering for couples and families on holiday. We ask that our guests follow the Country and Caravan Codes, as well as the conditions set out below and displayed on the Park, to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay with us.
  • We will do our utmost to accommodate all special pitch and booking requests, but cannot guarantee a specific pitch or location. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for groups or single sex parties. If we discover a group on the park, even if all parties have booked individually, this is a breach of our booking conditions and we reserve the right to ask any or all of the parties to immediately leave the park without refund of any monies paid. Maximum of 6 persons per unit. All bookings must include one person who is at least 18 years old. Please note that some park facilities may be limited to High Season.
  • We are happy to accept bookings for any number of nights except during High Season and Bank Holidays, when Superior pitches must be booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis in 7 night multiples and on Standard / Woodland Pitches a 4 night minimum booking is required (minimum 7 nights required over Spring and August Bank Holidays). Extending a booking will depend upon availability at the time. We ask that full payment be made for your stay with us at least 28 days prior to the arrival date, otherwise we cannot guarantee to hold your pitch. If the pitch is vacated early, cancelled, or the booking changes, please see our holiday cancellation policy.
  • Please register at reception on arrival. Pitches are usually available from 12.30 pm and we accept arrivals up to 9.00pm. We do have a temporary parking area for early arrivals and late departures by arrangement. We request that pitches be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure to allow us to prepare for the next guests, unless prior arrangements are made with the management. There are security gates to restrict access to and disturbance on the Park overnight. Quiet hours are between 11.00pm and 7.00am.
  • By the very nature of our lovely woodland surroundings with streams flowing through the Park, and the fact that we have a Swimming Pool on site, we ask that great care is taken at all times, especially in the proper supervision of children and pets, so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. For your own enjoyment and safety, we insist that the Rules displayed around the Pool are strictly adhered to, and that children are accompanied at all times. If any accidents requiring medical attention or involving damage to property occur within the precincts of the site, please report full details to the management prior to your departure.
  • All caravans and vehicles parked, stored and moved on the site are done so at the owner's risk and the company will not accept any liability for loss or damage to the property, or injury to the owner and his party unless the company is found to be negligent. Owners are required to comply with the Road Traffic Act while on the Park, and keep their vehicles and caravans fully insured against fire, theft, and third party liability at all times during the currency of their stay. Unfortunately commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park except by prior arrangement in writing.

  • CHARGES FOR LARGE TENTS, GAZEBOS, BOAT ON TRAILER (In Storage Field), VISITORS, LATE DEPARTURES, ELECTRIC HOOK UP POINTS

To maintain the quality of the Park, and comply with Fire Regulations, we have a few approved pitches that can cater for slightly larger units, and these must be pre-booked. An additional charge of £6.00 per night will be made for a boat, or any combination of tents/gazebo that occupy a single ground space larger than 7m(L) x 5m(W). The maximum ground space a unit may occupy is 8m(L) x 6m(W) on the approved Standard Pitches and 8m x 7m on Woodland Pitches. For caravans and motorhomes we can only accept a gazebo or Pup Tent as an alternative to an awning. Boats are stored in our storage field, which is only accessible during reception hours. Visiting family and friends are charged at a rate of £3.00 per Adult, and £2.00 per Child. Late departures are charged as follows, £4 for extensions to 3.00pm, £8 for extensions to 6.00pm. Visitor numbers and late departures are both subject to availability and management discretion, please check with Reception. The electric hook up point is for the sensible use of proprietry caravan electrical equipment. Unfortunately this does not include electric awning heaters.

    DEPOSIT

We charge a deposit of £50.00 per week to be applied against your stay at the park, but which will NOT be refunded in the event of cancellation. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to hold your pitch unless we receive payment of the balance at least 28 days prior to your arrival date.

WHAT OUR GUESTS HAVE TO SAY.....

Thank you for your amazing hospitality and hard work. Your camping facilities have blessed us with 5 star luxury.

The family shower rooms, laundry, freshly baked pastry, well stocked shop, swimming pool and friendliness were deeply appreciated extras.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

    The K Family
    July 2011

We have just returned from our second visit and I am delighted to say that we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

We congratulate you on your staff who without exception were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The site is immaculate as are the showers/toilet blocks and the swimming pool.

The flowers everywhere are beautiful and we thought the herb trough very thoughtful. We do quite a bit of touring and have not found a site anywhere that comes close second to yours.

I am sure that if you had been in charge of weather then that too would have been perfect! See you next year.
