Wareham Forest Touring Park Our Park is centrally located in a quiet corner of Dorset. Castles, coves and a spectacular coastline await your pleasure. Miles of golden sandy beaches and secluded coves. The Purbeck Hills and its Heritage Coast is a fascinating place to explore. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Kimmeridge and  Studland offer beaches to suit everyone's taste. Swanage, Poole, Weymouth and Bournemouth are close to hand and provide all the activities the kids and family could want. Pretty villages in soft landscape, quaint  pubs, country gardens and stately homes offer an escape and relaxation.
So much to see and do. . . so little time.
Directions to Site  From the East and North East follow the A31all the way to Bere Regis, north of Wareham where the A31 meets the A35. Do not take any earlier directions towards Bournemouth or Poole. From the West follow the A35 again to Bere Regis. From Bere Regis, take the A35 south signed Poole. At the top of a small hill about 1 mile from Bere Regis, at the Woodbury Cross junction, on the A35, turn right signed Wareham 6 miles. This is an unclassified, but very good road. We are the first site on the left after about 2 miles through the forest. Swimming Pool

We have 200 electric pitches available to tents, trailer tents, caravans and motor homes. 112 of these pitches are on hardstandings.  The site's 43 acres also offers a free choice of non electric locations: near the play area, by the pool or perhaps in one of our woodland camping locations. Two modern toilet blocks each have free adjustable showers, individual cubicles for the ladies and gents, disabled facilities, laundry equipment and deep sink areas for dishwashing.  The children enjoy their large play area with its adventure playground where they meet friends, play football, cricket or rounders.  The more energetic campers have direct access from our Park to the 14 sq.miles of Wareham Forest which can be explored on foot or perhaps on your mountain bikes. A heated outdoor swimming pool with its grass and patio area is the ideal place to relax or for the kids to wear themselves out. Our shop caters for most requirements, and there is a family room with Table Tennis tables.

WHAT OUR GUESTS HAVE TO SAY...

Have just returned from 2 weeks stay at your touring park and wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time, especially as the weather was on our side.

The facilities were always clean and the staff very helpful.  The park is certainly located in an ideal place as its not too far for visiting some of the lovely sites in Dorset.

September 2009

We just wanted to say a great big thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable, as we left early on the Sunday morning so missed to speak to anyone. The site was perfect for us. It was clean, tidy and very well organised. The lovely bike tracks through the forests were great and the lovely clean pool to swim in or just relax by was fantastic.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful as nothing was a problem, if you asked them any information they were very kind and generous with their local knowledge and understanding.

Will definitely recommend this site to anyone and would definitely stay with you again if we came down there for a holiday again.

Thank you so much again, a big pat on the back for you all.
