CHARGES FOR LARGE TENTS, GAZEBOS, BOAT ON TRAILER (In Storage
Field)
To maintain the quality of the Park and comply with Fire Regulations, we have a few approved pitches that can cater for slightly larger units, which must be pre-booked. An additional charge of £6.00 per night will be made for
a boat, or any combination of tents/gazebo that occupy a single ground space larger than 7m(L) x 5m(W). The
maximum ground space a unit may occupy is 8m(L) x 6m(W) on the approved Standard Pitches and 8m(L) x 7m(W)
on Woodland Pitches. For caravans and motorhomes we can only accept a gazebo or pup tent as a alternative to an
awning. Boats are stored in our storage field, which is only accessible during reception hours.
VISITORS, EXTRA CARS AND LATE DEPARTURES
Visiting family and friends are charged at a rate of £3.00 per Adult and £2.00 per Child, plus car parking. Late
departures are charged as follows: £4.00 for extensions to 3.00pm, £8.00 for extensions to 6.00pm. Visitor numbers and late departures are both subject to availability at the time and management discretion, please check with Reception.
We do ask that all visitors check in with reception on arrival. All visitors cars and extra cars must be registered with reception and parked in the late arrivals car park.
SERVICES
The electric hook up point is for the sensible use of proprietry caravan electrical equipment. Unfortunately this does not include electric awning heaters and high wattage electrical equipment.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the Holiday by you (the customer) You may cancel
your holiday at any time. Cancellation will be effective on
the date it is received by us. However cancellation charges
are payable by you as follows: more than 100 days notice - deposit
only; 50 to 99 days - 30% of total holiday cost; 15 to 49 days
- 50% of total holiday cost; 14 days and under - 70% of total
holiday cost. Please consider taking out holiday insurance.
Cancellation of the Holiday by us (the Park Owner) If we are
unable to provide the booked holiday and have had to cancel
before the holiday is due to start, you are entitled to a full
refund of the money you have paid. Except where the cancellation
or change arises from an unforeseeable or unusual occurrence
outside our control as described in the next section we will
pay compensation (per pitch booked) as follows: more than 100
days notice - nil; 50 to 99 days - £10; 15 to 49 days
- £20; under 15 days - £40. Compensation not to
be more than 50% of original booking. Unforeseeable or unusual
occurrences beyond our control include but are not limited to
war, threat of war, riot, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear
disaster and fire.
DEPOSIT
I enclose a deposit of £50.00 per week which I understand
will be applied against my stay at the park, but which will
not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Unfortunately
we cannot guarentee to hold your pitch unless we receive payment
of the balance at least 28 days prior to your arrival date.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by debit (or credit) cards, or cheque. If
you wish to make a payment by debit (or credit) card, to maintain
the security of your card details please contact us by telephone
during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm).
