Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions The paragraphs below are the terms and conditions for the Wareham Forest Tourist Park (“Wareham Forest Tourist Park”) wireless internet access services (the “Service”) supplied by Wareham Forest Tourist Park to you (“You”) for use at Wareham Forest Tourist Park, North Trigon, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7NZ These terms and conditions may be modified by Wareham Forest Tourist Park at any time without notice and are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By purchasing subscriptions to the service and or by using the service at Wareham Forest Tourist Park, you agree to accept the following; Wareham Forest's Obligations and Rights: a) Wareham Forest Tourist Park will not disclose personal information collected in conjunction with the provision of this service to a third party without consent, except to companies with which we have contracted for the provision of the Service. Wareham Forest Tourist Park will, if required by law, disclose your personal information and or information pertaining to the usage of the Service to the relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime. b) Wareham Forest Tourist Park is committed to providing uninterrupted access to this Service. Wareham Forest Tourist Park will use best endeavours to only allow system downtime and maintenance outside of normal working hours. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend the Service or any part of it without notice to you for emergency technical repair or upgrade for any reason. c) You are responsible for the security of your connection to the internet when you use our Service. Wareham Forest Tourist Park provides no additional security than you already have, because we provide management and monitoring services only and do not modify any content. For that reason, we cannot be, and are not responsible for the security or content you transmit or receive on the internet. d) Wareham Forest Tourist Park shall not be liable to you in any circumstances for any indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption, information or loss of data, security breach, loss of goodwill or other pecuniary loss, including loss or damage suffered as a result of any virus, denial of service, spamming or hacking. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Service limited to a one week subscription. End User's Obligations and Rights e) You are responsible for (1) maintaining the confidentiality of the password and (2) all activities that occur under your username and password. You will be liable for all losses, damage, costs and expenses, direct or indirect, however incurred, suffered by Wareham Forest Tourist Park due to the loss, misuse and/or disclosure of your username and password. f) You will not be eligible for any compensation if you cannot use the Service because of power failure, routine maintenance or circumstances outside of Wareham Forest Tourist Park’s control. g) Resale or redistribution of this service is strictly prohibited. h) Due to the long distance to the telephone exchange and the limited bandwidth available, to provide a good service for all users, we are unable to allow activities such as TV/Music streaming programs (iPlayer, etc), video/music/P2P file sharing programs, large file downloads/uploads or any such similar activities. Any abuse of these rules may lead to restriction or disconnection from the Wi-Fi. Further actions may be taken if inappropriate or illegal activities (for example breach of copyrights or downloading of inappropriate materials) is discovered. |
